These terms and conditions regulate the Agreement between “you” the customer and giftsonlineuk.net
All goods which appear for sale on the www.giftsonlineuk.net web site (“the website”) are advertised as invitations to treat, and no offer of sale shall be implied.
By placing an order with giftsonlineuk.net you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which giftsonlineuk.net may or may not accept at their sole discretion.
If an order is accepted, giftsonlineuk.net will send you an e-mail to confirm.
You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products you are purchasing.
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information, supplied by you during or after the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
If for any reason your credit card details are incorrect or there is not enough money in your account or for any other reason the order cannot be processed, giftsonlineuk.net will have right to rescind and upon their election to do so, the order will be cancelled.
A number of products represented on giftsonlineuk.net are made to order. In this instance, full payment for the goods will be taken in advance as the products are bespoke in nature. Please note that made to order and personalised products cannot be returned except in the event of a fault.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform giftsonlineuk.net as soon as possible.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
Liability
We attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, giftsonlineuk.net assume no duty to update such information and cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free.
Giftsonlineuk.net does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions in the presentation of goods on the web site and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods and products at any time. Giftsonlineuk.net will, however, do its best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
Giftsonlineuk.net does not make any warranty that the web site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
Giftsonlineuk.net will only be liable for loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
The liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights.
Use of the site content
The copyright, design rights and artwork on the web site belong to giftsonlineuk.net. All other intellectual property rights are reserved. This website is for personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this website. You may only download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages of this web site for your personal use.
Unfortunately, because of the nature of selling via the Internet and product variability, we cannot guarantee that the product colours will be of an exact likeness as seen or as described. Although we strive to portray images in a realistic light, sometimes we are governed by what imagery is available. Product imagery is sometimes displayed in an aesthetic manner (mood shots may be used) and may not necessarily be in conformance with the approved use of such products.
The colours and dimensions of the products portrayed on the site are merely there as a guide. We strive to portray the products as near as we can to the actual colour ways, but we have no control over your personal computer and its settings. Some products incorporate natural materials (e.g. wood, leather, etc.) which may also vary slightly. Therefore colours of products may vary slightly ‘in the flesh’ from the colour that is portrayed on the website.
Balloons
- Bookings for events are only confirmed upon receipt of a non refundable deposit.
- All balloons are perishable. They react to the environment in which they are stored. As such Giftsonlineuk.net (Charisma) cannot guarantee how long they will float for.
- We will not inflate a balloon supplied by a third party at the current time.
- Where possible, we will always give the appropriate professional advice prior to supplying an order, including but not limited to advice on collection/delivery times, and products to use. If the client has purchased a balloon over the counter without asking for advice or a consultation, Charisma will not be held responsible for supplying an unsuitable product.
- Cancellations:- All cancellations need to be made in writing. Should you cancel your balloon booking, any deposit will be forfeited.
- All orders via telephone, social media and e-mail require full payment to be paid prior to collection unless agreed by Charisma.
- Charisma will endevour to supply orders during inclement weather conditions. However should we be unable to reach the shop, or your venue, we will offer a full refund to you. We will not be held responsible for further claims against us. Should you wish to cancel an order in these circumstances, no refund will be due. You may, however, reschedule your event for which there will be no charge.
- Where a delivery/set up time has been arranged, Charisma will not be held responsible for failures by the client or a venue and their staff to allow access when required. Our staff will wait as long as possible, but not at the detriment of other clients. In this event, we will return to the delivery address at our earliest opportunity, once our other deliveries have been completed.
- Replacement of faulty balloons is at our discretion, and is dependent on the return of the faulty balloon or inspection within 24 hours, We reserve the right to refuse replacement of a balloon if we feel the problem was caused by misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear or failure to follow the advice given.
RETURNS POLICY

1.1 Faulty Products
Online Returns
If you’ve been unlucky enough to receive a faulty product, you can contact us, and we’ll take you through the process of returning a faulty or damaged item.

To ensure a fast resolution, we are now asking that you send us photos of any damage where possible. For items over £100 it would be great if you could take a video of the fault on your phone and send to us. In many cases we can find a solution with you over the phone and avoid you the hassle of needing to send the product back.
Refunds/exchanges are subject to reasonable expectation of performance and fair use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Any item found to have been damaged during use, rather than faulty, will be returned to you.
Once inspected by our quality team, if the item is within our 30-day return policy, you will have the option of a full refund or exchange. Outside of this, in the event the fault cannot be rectified, an exchange will be provided.
Return to Store
Alternatively, you can return a faulty product to our shop (product exclusions apply*). Faulty products will be assessed by the Store Manager to ensure they qualify for a refund.
You will have the option of a full refund if the item is within our 30-day return policy. We’ll process the refund against the card or payment method which you used when placing your order online. If the payment method you used is a debit/credit card or PayPal

We track all reports of faulty items and use them in quality control checks, and we like to make sure our customers are happy!
1.2 Unwanted Products
It’s important to us that you’re happy with anything you buy from giftsonlineuk.net we will accept returns of unwanted items for up to 30 days from the date you receive the item (product exclusions apply*). The process is simple and all you pay for is the postage costs of returning the goods.
- Please be careful with the products we send you; if they’re not still in great condition we might not be able to refund you in full and we HATE doing that.
- Please include the order reference number, name and shipping address with the returned item.
- We must receive the returned item within 30 days of delivery.
- We’ll process the refund against the card or account (such as PayPal) which you used to pay for your order (Excluding delivery costs).
- Please note that we cannot accept returns for unwanted personalised items, which are exempt from distance selling regulations.

- Please remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt from the post office; for high value items we would recommend using an insured service as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our destination
- Please note that unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund for any items found to have been damaged during use.
*Unwanted personalised items and gift experiences are not eligible for refund.
Store Returns
Alternatively, you can return unwanted product to our shop (product exclusions apply*). Unwanted products will be assessed by the Store Manager to ensure they qualify for a refund.
You will have the option of a full refund if the item is within our 30-day return policy. We’ll process the refund against the card or payment method which you used when placing your order online. If the payment method you used is a debit/credit card or Paypal you will receive your refund immediately.
*All personalised products and products supplied directly by any of our 3rd party suppliers cannot be returned to stores.

- STORE PURCHASES
Any faulty or unwanted store purchases which are unused, unopened, in pristine condition and with proof of purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase, may be returned to Charisma for a refund or exchange.
Delivery Options for Giftsonlineuk.net Free Delivery for orders over £50
We endeavour to ship orders as soon as possible. Same Day or Next Day if items in stock.
Orders over £50 are FREE delivery to UK only. Europe and other countries will be charged at Royal Mail rates.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
· Next working day orders must be placed before 2.30pm (Monday to Friday only -please note an order placed after 2.30pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday)
· Next day orders placed on weekends will be delivered Tuesday
· No deliveries on weekends or bank holidays
· We use Royal mail Special Delivery before 1pm to dispatch next day orders and a signature is required.
